Participants are asked to make their own accommodation arrangements.
Presenters' accommodations will be arranged by the conference committee.
On-Campus Accommodation

There is limited accommodation in the brand new hotel style Governor's Hall Residence. You may wish to register for another residence but ask to be put on a waiting list if rooms open up in Governor's Hall.
What do the Single Suites have? Double bed, full private bath, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning (individual controls), and wireless internet.
What do the Double Suites have? Two bedrooms each with double bed, shared full bath, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning (individual controls), and wireless internet.

What do the single and double dorm rooms have? One or two single beds, bureau, desk, and shared washroom in the hallway.
These campus accommodations are a short 10-minute walk to Bloomfield Center or a 2 minute drive and there is parking available.

The following hotels have conference rates during the conference depending on the hotel and the number of people in the room. When reserving, be sure to ask for the conference rate.
